It′s a feeling you can only experience in motorsports: deafening horsepower breaking the threshold of 300 mph in less time than it takes you to crack a smile; tackling the natural terrain and launching over 150 feet in the air before you can blink.

Since 1967, Honeywell Consumer Products Group (CPG) brands–Prestone, FRAM, Autolite – have actively participated in the world of racing. As avid sponsors in the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) and the World Series of Off-Road Racing (WSORR), Honeywell CPG has relationships with a number of drivers who constantly push the brand′s products to the most extreme conditions.

After driving to another top-ten finish in points last season, Cory "Mac" McClenathan will continue his partnership with FRAM into 2009. McClenathan has sixteen top-ten finishes in the NHRA POWERade Top Fuel points standings and ranks fifth all-time on the Top Fuel win list.

Additional drivers that represent Honeywell CPG in motorsports include Tony Schumacher and Brandon Bernstein, who compete in Top Fuel; Tony Pedregon, John Force and Ron Capps, who race in Funny Car; and Jeg Coughlin, Greg Anderson, and Jason Line who compete in Pro Stock.

The Honeywell CPG racing experts are constantly trackside, helping crews fine-tune their race cars and providing them with various high performance products that meet today’s strict racing standards.

From hardcore enthusiasts to backyard mechanics, from the guys at the counter to the guys at the garage, car guys in the know trust the brands that not only bring excitement to the track, but use that passion and know-how to produce high-quality, long-lasting replacement and performance parts to the real world of everyday driving.

Honeywell Consumer Products Group proves that great products can result from the real-world test lab of racing. From drag strips and dirt to driveways and highways, Honeywell CPG is dedicated to providing technology that helps vehicles both on and off the field of racing.
